By creating an account or signing a document through Signr, you agree to these terms.
Signr lets you compose agreements, place signature fields, send signing links, and download completed documents with an audit certificate. Signr is currently in beta and free of charge — features may change, and paid plans may be introduced later with notice.
Certain documents are excluded from electronic execution under Indian law (for example wills, negotiable instruments other than cheques, powers of attorney, and documents requiring registration such as sale deeds of immovable property). Signr is not suitable for those documents.
Your documents belong to you. You grant Signr only the technical permission needed to store, transmit and render them for you and your recipients. Completed agreements form part of every party's record — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signr's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (currently zero). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Signr provides a signing platform, not legal advice — consult a lawyer for advice on your contracts.
You may stop using Signr at any time and request account deletion via support@signr.online. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
